Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:-
1. Recruitment:-
a. Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking.
b. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the position. Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
c. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
d. Create compelling job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
e. Screening and Shortlisting:
2. Interview Coordination:
a. Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
b. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
c. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Provide logistical support for interview processes.
a. Candidate Relationship Management:
b. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
Skills Required:
Good Command over English.
Ability to work in a pressure.
Can handle tasks independently
Can do Bulk hiring in BPO
Education
UG: Any Graduate
