Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in home loans, mortgage loans, housing loan, connectors, builder finance, DSA & direct sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prefer only local candidates.
- Candidates having experience in mortgage sales would be preferred.
