Key Responsibilities:
Leverage understanding of current C&F system to define test cases based on target state requirements
Determine test case candidates, providing the appropriate validation as defined in the test case.
Write integration and/or UI tests to be included in the testing process.
Participate in executing manual test cases, where required as well as release regression testing.
Review acceptance criteria and discuss with the developers to determine unit test case coverage.
Update and maintain a regression test suite while expanding UI functional test coverage.
Contribute to our test frameworks and services.
Make testing an integral part of the development process.
Report bugs and follow them through the complete bug life cycle
What are we looking for
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Design and create/review test cases, test scenarios.
- Identify critical Scenarios as part of New Features/Enhancements
- Analysis of requirements & arrive at optimal Test case
- Execution of Functional/Regression Test case
- Knowledge on Integration test Case
- API testing expertise using Postman
- Expertise in SDLC Lifecycle
- Delivering via Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Understanding the software development methodology and have assisted in the design, development or testing of a technology integration project.
Required skills.
Bachelor s degree in computer science , Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 Year of experience in Testing.
Experience in working P&C Insurance domain.
Good at understanding and reviewing product requirements.
Excellent knowledge of Specialty lines or any specific domain knowledge is preferred.
Expertise in Jira tool.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong analytical and technical skills.
