We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant, Java. As a Lead Consultant, your responsibilities will include coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables. You should demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and strive for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Possess excellent knowledge of J2EE frameworks, tools, and a strong learning ability. - Understand core business problems and deliver efficient IT solutions, collaborating with the QA Team to ensure product quality. - Exhibit a thorough understanding of the QA process and proficiency with relevant tools. - Have experience in design, development, and conducting code reviews. - Display eagerness and aptitude to learn new platforms and solutions with Java as the core basis. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications: - BE/B Tech/MCA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and databases like Oracle and Sybase. - Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Spring, MVC, JPA, Oracle, SyBase, UNIX, and PL/SQL. - Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, RLM (Release Life Cycle Management), and Openshift. - Domain expertise in Risk and Fraud, including Risk & Controls ORM Metrics module, Risk Definition Management, Metric Data Management, Risk Reporting and Monitoring, and Risk Analysis and Tracking. - Proficient in Agile methodologies, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and production support.
