Job Description

As a Salesforce Automation QA at our Pune location, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. With 5 to 8+ years of experience, including a degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, you will play a key role in leveraging CI/CD practices to enable continuous integration. Your expertise in Java programming language and strong understanding of OOP principles will be essential in identifying test scenarios for automation feasibility and executing automated test suites. Your responsibilities will include developing reusable and modular components for multiple test scripts, analyzing results, identifying issues and performance bottlenecks, and performing code reviews of automated test scripts. Additionally, you will mentor junior automation engineers, collaborate within a scrum team to test applications, and work with technical leaders to understand new product requirements. Your proficiency in GIT/BITBUCKET, TestNG, Maven, Extent Reports, Jenkins, and familiarity with JIRA will be valuable assets in this role. To excel in this position, you must have a solid background in test automation, including experience with Selenium 3 or 4, the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Your knowledge of database queries, SOQL, Postman, Rest Assured, and the Salesforce Platform will be crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong debugging abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
