Job Description


Role & responsibilities

Security Management:

  • Ensure plant premises are secured through effective coordination with security personnel/agencies.
  • Manage entry-exit control, CCTV monitoring, and ID/access card issuance.
  • Oversee visitor management protocols.

Transport Management:

  • Manage daily employee transport operations (shuttle/bus/car).
  • Route planning and vehicle scheduling.
  • Coordination with transport vendors and tracking fuel/maintenance expenses.

Canteen Management:

  • Oversee canteen hygiene, food quality, meal timing, and vendor contracts.
  • Monitor food consumption and ensure employee satisfaction.

Housekeeping Management:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of plant, admin block, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Monitor housekeeper performance and manage housekeeping supplies.

Visitor & Employee Accommodation:

  • Maintain and manage company-provided accommodations for staff and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and comfort standards.

Car Maintenance & Procurement:

  • Oversee maintenance of company cars, driver deployment, insurance renewals.
  • Support procurement of new vehicles as per company needs.

Travel & Ticketing:

  • Handle air ticket booking, hotel arrangements, and travel reimbursements.
  • Coordinate for visa and passport-related support.

ERP & MS Office Operations:

  • Maintain admin-related data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
  • Generate reports using MS Excel, manage documentation via MS Word and PowerPoint.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Coordinate with HR/legal for FRRO (Foreign Regional Registration Office) compliance for expatriates.

General Administrative Support:

  • Support internal events, audits, utility services (electricity, water), and vendor management.

  • Strong knowledge in transport, housekeeping, security, and canteen management.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and vendor management skills
