Job Description

We are hiring Senior QA Engineers for long-term onsite roles in Bangalore. This is a great opportunity to contribute to complex QA initiatives involving automation frameworks, regression test architecture, and scale/performance benchmarking.

If you're experienced in Python automation, CI/CD integration, and cloud-based QA environments, and are ready to take ownership of critical testing functions we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using Python.
  
• Lead development and execution of regression and performance test suites.
  
• Own and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  
• Conduct scale, stress, and load testing; analyze performance bottlenecks.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, Product, QA).
  
• Mentor junior QA team members and review test coverage, plans, and code.
  
• Drive UI automation using tools like Playwright, ROBO, or equivalent.
  
• Ensure test traceability, detailed bug reports, and release-quality metrics.
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong programming skills in Python for test scripting and automation.
  
• In-depth experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
  
• Solid background in regression testing, framework setup, and maintenance.
  
• Hands-on experience in UI test automation using Playwright or equivalent.
  
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  
• Experience in scale/stress testing for distributed systems.
  
• Good knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
  
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other infra automation tools is an advantage.
  

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 5 to 11 years of professional QA experience with a strong automation focus.
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior QA engineers
