Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned client lead to manage and grow key accounts at Qrius. As an Account Manager, you will own delivery, client success, and editorial oversight across campaigns. You will drive team collaboration, ensure high-quality content, and translate strategic objectives into compelling digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery across client accounts, with a focus on BFSI and content-first brands
- Own client relationships, conduct review calls, and manage escalations
- Review and refine content quality with strong editorial judgment
- Collaborate with internal pods to ensure timelines, tone, and scope alignment
- Forecast team bandwidth and resourcing needs
- Train and mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in content strategy, client servicing, or editorial leadership
- Background in journalism, communications, or marketing preferred
- Prior agency experience with high-volume content pipelines
- Excellent grammar, writing, and project management skills
- Strong instincts for brand tone and narrative structure
- BFSI or digital media experience is a plus
