Management of sales team comprising of FSE s and ISR s.

Proper reporting to the company on performance and sales promotion activity to ensure timely target achievement.
Maintain excellent relationship with distributors and ensure that his sales force achieves their target.
Judicious utilization of display and POS materials.
Productive briefing to the distributors to ensure that his people are adequately prepared/trained and they carry out the job independently.
Ensure that 100% distribution is achieved in his designated area Quantitatively and qualitatively.
Maximisation of market share of the company product.
Manage the are as a profit center with focus on profit maximization.
Immediately give feed back in an event of duplication of couterfeit product or activities that breaches the company s goodwill, trademark and intellectual right.
Closely observe and report competitor s activities to the GM Marketing.
Requirements
Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate.
MS Office: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional Languages.
