Shift: Day Shift
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Joiners: Immediate only

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills must be fluent in English and Hindi
  
• Strong technical knowledge in:

• Passionate about solving customer issues and providing world-class support
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide voice and non-voice technical support for audio products
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues related to sound devices
  
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
