Job Description
EnerMech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to join our Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) team. In this role, you will be accountable for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT software projects that support our global operations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing ERP and enterprise-wide systems and thrives in a high-paced, collaborative setting.
This position demands clear ownership of project outcomes, proactive stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion EnerMechs safety culture, core values, and strategic objectives in all aspects of project delivery.
- Lead the delivery of IT software projects (36 months duration) using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Own the end-to-end accountability for project execution, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure all projects align with the EBS roadmap and support business goals and future scalability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Track, manage, and report project budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to EnerMechs internal Project Management Methodology (PMM), processes, and standards.
- Act as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadershiptranslating requirements and risks into clear communications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear, actionable plans and specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, updating the RAID log regularly.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of accountability within the EBS and broader IT teams.
- Ensure project governance and change control processes are effectively applied.
- Support testing, training, and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of delivered systems.

Experience & Qualifications
- 35 years of project coordination or management experience in IT or business systems.
- Strong experience in ERP implementation and enterprise-wide systems projects.
- Proven ability to lead the full project lifecyclefrom initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Solid experience in budget tracking, vendor management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in project tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Skilled in writing business and technical documentation, user stories, and test plans.
- Familiarity with change management and business readiness practices is a plus.
