This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site primarily during night shifts ensuring seamless support for our valued clients.


Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently minimizing disruptions and enhancing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer service-related challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to offer informed assistance.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via various channels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and service quality. Qualifications
  • Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Exhibit adaptability to work in a hybrid model and night shifts.
  • Have a basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Show willingness to learn and grow within the customer service domain.
  • Experience in the payer domain is a plus enhancing service delivery.
  • Display attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification.
