Job Description
The primary focus of the role will be to support local IT operations and serve as the link to the central Allianz Technology (AZ Tech) global support team, Main Responsibilities:
Hands on support for end user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals, Perform hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets, Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability, Act as onsite "eyes and hands" to support the technical room, including basic server and networking support under the guidance of remote teams, Coordinate with global AZ Tech teams to ensure seamless integration and escalation of issues as needed, Support ad hoc IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues, Key Requirements:
Experience in IT support roles
Proficiency with hardware and peripheral troubleshooting
Knowledge in basic networking concepts
Familiarity with incident management processes
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Nice to Have:
Experience with software packaging
Familiarity with SD-WAN, WiFi, LAN, and Video Conferencing solutions
Knowledge of BitLocker and other password management solutions
