Job Title: Python Technical Lead Full Stack

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Python Full Stack Technical Lead to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading complex software development projects, providing technical direction, and ensuring best practices in full stack development using Python and modern frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle software development projects from concept to deployment.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, QA, and DevOps.
- Review code, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Manage system integrations, API development, and third-party service connections.
- Ensure quality, performance, and security of software through testing and optimization.
- Guide the team in Agile/Scrum practices and sprint planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Python.
- Proficient in at least one Python framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong experience in frontend technologies: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
- Good working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for technology leadership.
