Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation and multimedia, excellent design skills, and a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs across various media. The Motion Graphic Designer will be a part of the Marketing Team, working closely with our Leadership, sales, and product teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce product feature videos and motion graphic videos for product awareness, sales presentations, and social media campaigns.
- Edit Training, Demo, and Virtual Webinar Videos.
- Design Video Intro and Outro Graphic Videos
- Design and maintain the Video assets Library.
- Design website assets like product illustrations and GIFs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create design assets, including sales decks, whitepapers, case studies, and research papers.
- Templatize recurring client marketing videos to reduce turnaround time.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Animation & Multimedia or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong storytelling , storyboarding , and campaign management skills.
- Experience in brand design and motion graphics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
