Marketplace Manager @ Globalbees Brands

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Take end-to-end ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned product portfolio, with a strong focus on growth and profitability.
2. Establish and nurture strong working relationships with platform category teams, account managers, and supply chain partners to drive seamless operations.
3. Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, listing quality, and compliance with platform-specific policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
4. Lead product onboarding, catalog management, and optimization across Quick Commerce and E-commerce platforms.
5. Drive regular analysis of sales trends, platform metrics, and margin performance to identify revenue opportunities and cost optimization strategies.
6. Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies in the fulfillment and supply chain workflows; collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Marketplace management.
2. Proven track record of managing large product portfolios and P&L ownership in a digital commerce environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
4. Deep understanding of E-commerce and Q-commerce platform dynamics (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
