What does a successful Senior Associate Financial Analysis do?

A successful Senior Associate Financial Analysis at Fiserv uses their deep knowledge of financial principles and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

What you will do:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and identify trends in financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Participate in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare management presentations and financial reports.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

What would be great to have:

• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• 2+ years of experience in a financial analysis role within the fintech industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills.
