Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale programs.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional testing teams, both offshore and onshore, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, to align testing goals with business objectives.
- Oversee test design, automation strategy, defect management, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
- Coordinate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven experience managing testing programs with 50+ team members.
- Prior roles as Test Director, Senior Test Manager, or Program Manager.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular travel to Gurugram.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
