Job Description

Ro1. Designing and finalizing the graphical layout

2. Choosing colour schemes and typography

3. Creating icons and other visual elements

4. Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

5. Visual design elements (colors, typography, icons)

6. Layout and composition

7. Interactive elements (buttons, forms, animations)

8. Low-fidelity & High-fidelity wireframes mockups

9. Interactive prototypes

10. Create visual elements for websites, mobile apps

and other formats.

11. Create interactive design exclusive for social

medias

12. Review & discuss with product to discover both

business and user needs.

13. Collaborate with product team on prioritization in

overall product roadmap.

14. Design clear flows and interactions for new and

existing web-based applications informed and

validated by research and data.

15. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity

mocks to illustrate solutions.

16. Present ideas to departments through white

boarding, demos, walkthroughs, if needed.

17. Work with other designers to define and maintain

application visual standards and design patterns.

18. Work with developers to support the realization of

ideas and solutions.

19. Work with the QA to validate development and user

acceptance criteria.

20. Collaborate with both product and enablement

teams to conduct usability testing and improve user

experience through iteration.

21. Ability to learn and implement new technologies.

22. Prepares 2D animation and GIF images

23. Package and edit video films

24. Create rough and final cuts videos

25. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of

videos

26. Constant support from production to post-

production process

27. Keeping his/her knowledge updated with latest

industry trends and technologies.

28. Additional job responsibilities have to perform as

and when needed as per directionsle & responsibilities
