- Set and evangelize a design vision across your domain of ownership, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with product and engineering leads to define the book of work and roadmap priorities.
- Regularly lead and facilitate Design Sprints and apply Service Design thinking to create holistic solutions across touchpoints.

- Champion high-quality design outcomes that connect business value with user-centered practices.
- Lead narrative design and storytelling to articulate UX impact across functions and levels of the organization.
- Proactively identify gaps in partner or stakeholder understanding, and collaboratively use design and research to address them.
- Clearly communicate design intent, tradeoffs, and user value to non-design audiences.
- Influence product roadmaps and user outcomes through well-grounded UX perspectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly at both the micro (feature-level) and macro (portfolio-level) to harmonize UX direction.
- Lead initiatives to advance UX maturity, measure and communicate success, and evolve design practices at scale
What youll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, with 3+ years managing designers.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional product teams and shipping impactful digital experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution, including design sprints, service design frameworks, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and agile product development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience balancing business objectives with user needs to inform and influence decision-making.

- Background in design operations, service design mapping, or product strategy is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, Adobe CC, and prototyping software.
- Skilled in cross-discipline leadership, partnering with researchers, writers, and systems designers
- An influential voice with a strong point of view on design, UX excellence, and customer impact.
