Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. This role is key to driving revenue by aligning customer requirements with our product capabilities, crafting tailored solutions, and owning the proposal and RFP response lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross functionally.


Key Responsibilities:

Proposal & RFP/RFI/RFQ Management:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Write and edit proposals ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with client

expectations.

  • Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and delivery teams to gather inputs and approvals.

Sales Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales cycle, supporting pitches and

presentations.

  • Develop customized pitch decks, solution briefs, and demo environments.
  • Support second and third-level client meetings with deep product and technical insights.

Internal Coordination & Process Improvement:

  • Maintain a repository of proposal content, case studies, templates, and reference

materials.

  • Standardize pre-sales documentation and streamline the RFP response process.
  • Provide market and client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

Client Engagement & Solutioning:

  • Engage with the customers, understand and interpret their needs correctly, and churn out

a proposal with a solution that is aligned with the customers' requirements.

  • Design and propose solutions that align with customer needs and product capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • 4 - 7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or proposal management in a

software product or SaaS company.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and software solution architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and

documentation.

  • Proven experience responding to RFPs and working with well versed CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple

deadlines.
