Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise residential/commercial projects with Mivan shuttering or similar fast-track construction technologies. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of handling construction sites independently and managing large teams of engineers, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall site execution, coordination, and monitoring of project timelines and quality
  
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols
  
• Monitor procurement, resource planning
  
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
  
• Report progress to senior management and ensure client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  
• 10+ years of site experience, with at least 5 years in a project manager role
  
• Strong experience in high-rise / Mivan construction projects
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD and relevant project tools
