Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling global customers, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

-Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers
-Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism
-Provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction
-Maintain call logs and update internal systems with customer information
-Meet or exceed defined performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
-Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessaryRequirements:
-6 months to 4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (customer support / technical support / telesales)
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
-Proficiency in using CRM tools and call handling software
-Willingness to work in night shifts or 24/7 rotational shiftsGood to Have:
-Experience supporting customers from the US, UK, or other English-speaking countries
-Background in industries like tech support, e-commerce, travel, telecom, or finance
-Familiarity with SLA-driven environments
