We are looking to hire a Technology Manager to handle the end-end service delivery for one of our banking clients in Hyderabad!!

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to C-level clients, owning end-to-end delivery success and satisfaction.
Actively lead customer conversations, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Handle escalations with a solution-oriented mindset and maintain a culture of partnership.
Delivery Management & Transformation
Lead end-to-end delivery across portfolios including transformation, business process change, and large-scale system transitions.
Drive digital modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, and platform upgrades.
Ensure consistent delivery outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models across global teams.
People Management & Talent Development
Build and nurture high-performing, globally distributed teams.
Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Lead people transformation by investing in upskilling, cross-skilling, and grooming future-ready talent in current accounts.
Revenue & Gross Margin Management
Own P&L, revenue growth, and profitability of assigned accounts or portfolios.
Monitor gross margin performance, optimize resource mix, and reduce delivery costs while maintaining quality.
Work closely with finance and account teams to ensure accurate forecasting and financial discipline.
Proposal & Pre-Sales Support
Collaborate with sales and solution teams to develop compelling proposals, estimations, and transition plans.
Represent delivery capabilities during customer presentations, orals, and solution walkthroughs.
Technology Upgrades & Innovation:
Champion innovation and technology upgrades across client engagements.
Encourage adoption of emerging tools, DevOps practices, AI/ML, RPA, and cloud-native solutions.
Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to support modernization and standardization.
Transition & Change Management
Lead transition programs including team ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and SLA stabilization.
Create structured change management plans during mergers, tool migrations, or business transformations.
Ensure business continuity, risk mitigation, and governance during the transition lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
15+ years of experience in IT services or product delivery, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing global programs.
Demonstrated experience in leading delivery for large enterprise accounts and transformation initiatives.
Strong background in financial governance, P&L management, and gross margin improvement.
Hands-on expertise in Agile, SAFe, PMP, ITIL or similar frameworks.
Proven success in team building, mentoring, and cross-cultural leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in Energy, Telecom, BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing.
Experience in Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, ERP, RPA, or Data platforms.
Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Expert, or equivalent.
Exposure to offshore/nearshore delivery and global delivery models.
