Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage training programs from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and team handling skills; ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
