 Sales Executive

Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Greet customers and assist them in selecting Groceries items.
    • Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive.
    • Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
    • Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
    • Process billing and payments accurately at the POS counter.
    • Support store operations including cleanliness, restocking, and team collaboration.

    Requirements:

     

    • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
    • 13 years of experience in retail sales (retail sector preferred).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach.
    • Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
    • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
