Job Description
- The position available at BROCUS IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is for a Customer Sales Representative based in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (WFO) for an International Call center operating on the UK shift. As a Customer Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will involve handling inbound and outbound calls pertaining to DME-related services and patient support. You will be required to verify insurance eligibility, confirm patient details, and provide detailed explanations on DME product offerings to customers. Additionally, the role entails educating customers on the benefits of the products and effectively closing sales in a professional manner. It is essential to possess strong sales and upselling skills, especially in healthcare or product-based processes. An understanding of US insurance and healthcare terminology would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum qualification of HSC Pass and must be willing to work fixed night shifts. The desired candidate should exhibit high energy levels, be target-driven, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Proficiency in spoken English with a neutral or US accent is a prerequisite for this position. In terms of work timings, the shift is fixed with no rotation, ensuring stability and predictability. The job offers lucrative incentives on a daily and monthly basis, along with insurance benefits. The workweek comprises five days, from Monday to Friday. The job type is permanent and open to freshers. Additional benefits include provided food and life insurance coverage. The work location is in-person, requiring your physical presence at the office.
