Your Role: Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP CRM functionalities. Configure and customize SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design end-to-end CRM solutions. Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) and third-party systems. Your Profile: Overall work experience of 6 to 12+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP CRM functional consulting. Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing). Experience with CRM Web UI, middleware configuration, and data replication. Familiarity with integration to SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
