Job Description
- You will be joining our team as an experienced DevOps Engineer at our client location in Delhi. You should have a solid technical background, practical experience with DevOps tools and practices, and the capability to efficiently manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines. A DevOps certification is a must for this position. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and overseeing software feature branches through a Source Control System, creating tools, scripts, and installation procedures for application management, managing web application deployments, data loading, and system monitoring, acting as the release manager for build and deployment processes, collaborating closely with development and QA teams to uphold deployment standards, and managing infrastructure provisioning and system administration tasks. You will also be responsible for deploying and maintaining servers, networking resources, and storage systems, provisioning and managing virtual server instances, deploying updates, fixes, and build tools to minimize system errors, ensuring adherence to network and security compliance policies, and understanding customer requirements to deliver timely issue resolution. Your mandatory technical skills should cover operating systems like Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, and CentOS, web servers such as JBoss and Tomcat, databases like Oracle and MySQL, big data tools including Cassandra, Elasticsearch, R, Hadoop, Spark, and Logstash, programming and scripting languages like Python and Bash, containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and a clear understanding and practical implementation of CI/CD concepts in DevOps practices. Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include experience with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We require candidates with a B.E / MCA / M.Sc / BCA degree from a reputed institute.,
