Job Description

You will be joining Grrowwide Group as a Company Secretary, where your primary responsibility will be managing day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks. This includes maintaining corporate records, preparing statutory documents, supporting board meetings, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Secretarial Audits, SEBI Compliances, NCLT follow-ups, Merger & Amalgamation, Listed Company Compliances, and other secretarial duties. A strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations is essential, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your communication and interpersonal abilities will be crucial in this position, as well as your capability to work independently while handling confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software is required, and any certification or membership with professional bodies in the field would be advantageous.,
