Overview:
As a U.S Business Development Professional, with us your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential businesses, generating leads, augmenting the sales process, achieving new business and assisting in the planning and delivery of the achieved business for the North American region.
Deep rooted research to identify potential leads and reach business targets; through telephone, emails, and webinars and in person is an essential task for this role.
This individual will play a vital role in establishing/ procuring new business for our global division. It is an individual contributor role which initiates with the role of business development and progressing to customer relationship management and account management.
Responsibilities (not limited to): - Identify new business opportunities through market research.
- Communicating with the customers, making cold calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Construct and maintain fruitful relations with potential clients.
- Have an extensive understanding of the products/services offered by the organisation.
- Understand client needs and offer efficient solutions and support.
- Support in writing new business proposals, preparing contracts and SLA's, negotiating commercials, preparing presentations etc.
- Arrange meetings with senior management for prospective clients through conference calls, web meetings etc.
Required Candidate profile
- A technical bachelor's degree with a proven background in Business Development (International Market) is preferred.
- Freshers who are interested in the role may apply.
- Awareness of any engineering service/s or software products/services or staffing models.
- Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) skills.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Strong articulation skills.
- Research oriented, analytical thinker with a strong sense of practical judgement.
- Good Project management, MS Office skills essential.
Note: The job requires individuals to work in the night shift (5 PM-2 AM)
