If you re a visionary with a knack for building meaningful alliances, join us in driving the strategic direction of digital finance.You need to be a HODLer of these Graduate with 4 8 years of experience in channel sales or partner development in the stockbroking or financial services industry, Strong understanding of equity, F&O markets, trading platforms, channel sales and regulatory framework At least 2 years in a team leadership roleYou will be mining through these tasks: Identify and onboard high-potential Business Partners for our Crypto Derivatives business Execute partner engagement strategies to build long-term relationships Ensure timely training and product knowledge sessions for channel partners on the Crypto sector and CoinDCX platforms Keep partners informed about new offerings, margin policies, and market opportunities Monitor partner performance, client activation rates, and brokerage revenue contribution Ensure that all channel partners adhere to regulatory compliance and KYC norms Work closely with operations, risk, and compliance teams to resolve partner issues swiftly Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in regional markets to adapt strategiesAre you the oneOur missing block You are knowledge-hungry when it comes to VDA and Web3, always eager to dive deeper and stay ahead in this evolving space.
