About the Role:
Were hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute demand generation campaigns across paid digital channels with a focus on B2B audiences in the US. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives on metrics, understands complex buyer journeys, and can scale high-quality leads through strategic advertising and account-based marketing (ABM).
Youll manage full-funnel performance campaigns, align with sales for ABM initiatives, and help drive predictable pipeline growth for our product/service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility)
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive qualified B2B leads
- Own and optimize key KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance
- Implement custom event tracking and funnel analysis using GA4 and GTM
- Build retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and manage campaigns through multiple buying stages
Account-Based Marketing (Strategic Focus)
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to identify and target high-value accounts
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and webtailored to specific account segments
- Create personalized journeys and ad experiences for decision-makers within target accounts
- Track and report account engagement to support sales outreach and deal progression
- Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar for data enrichment and account insights
SEO (Supportive Function)
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure landing pages and key assets follow basic SEO best practices
- Monitor site health and visibility using tools like Google Search Console
- Assist in improving organic discoverability for campaign landing pages over time
Who You Are:
- A performance-driven marketer with 34 years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Skilled in running paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and measurable ROI
- Familiar with ABM strategy execution and personalizing marketing for enterprise buyers
- Experienced in targeting US-based audiences across paid and organic channels
- Analytical, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-focused environment
