Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research and discovery to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors across multiple product areas.
  
• Own the end-to-end UX and UI design process, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape the product roadmap based on user insights.
  
• Design scalable and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency.
  
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and delightful experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Guide and influence the development process by advocating for the user, ensuring research insights are effectively implemented.
  
• Lead usability testing, synthesize findings, and rapidly iterate on design solutions.
  
• Ensure design quality and consistency throughout the development lifecycle, from conception to release.
  
• Actively contribute to the product development strategy, helping define and prioritize features based on user impact and business goals.
  

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in UX research and UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking.
  
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
  
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design systems.
  
• Strong understanding of design principles, UX patterns, and user psychology.
  
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product teams, including engineers and product managers.
  
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to deliver impactful design solutions.
  
• Clear communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and influence decision-making.
  
• Experience contributing to scalable, user-centered products in a startup or agile environment is a plus.
