Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their loan requirements and financial
• Provide guidance on available home loan products, interest rates, and repayment
• Explain the application process, required documentation, and timelines to

• Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and
• Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documentation such as income statements, credit reports, and tax returns.
• Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approval and disbursal of

• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Address customer queries and concerns related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment
• Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and developers to generate referrals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal
• Conduct risk assessments to minimize defaults and ensure loan approval
• Keep accurate and confidential records of all client transactions and

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan
