Implementation Management : Oversee the implementation and deployment of managed services solutions for clients. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third - party providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet client requirements. Service Delivery : Monitor and manage ongoing service delivery to ensure adherence to SLAs and client expectations. Proactively identify and address issues, risks, and performance bottlenecks.
