Job Description
Role Summary:
Location : Remote

As Manager Product Marketing, youll help bring our insurance offerings to life across customer and partner touchpoints. From new product launches to campaign sustenance, youll play a key role in crafting marketing stories that are sharp, effective, and brand-aligned all while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations with clarity.
Key Focus areas:
- Driving product marketing delivery across customer, sales, and digital channels for new launches and ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to translate product features into compelling messaging both visual and verbal.
- Coordinating creative execution for product-focused assets: brochures, banners, explainers, pitch decks, social media, and more.
- Ensuring brand consistency across formats, while adapting content for different customer cohorts, regional markets, and use-cases.
- Managing timelines and owning project trackers to ensure smooth rollouts and timely delivery.
- Contributing to content and campaign ideation with a user-first, insight-led mindset.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing.
- A strong eye for communication both in writing and visual design.
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
- Comfort with fast-paced delivery and multiple workstreams.
- Prior experience managing creative agencies or internal designers.
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Insurance/financial services experience is helpful but not a must the right attitude matters more.
