Lead Software Engineer @ Societe Generale

Job Description

• Mid-Senior Java Full stack Developer , the ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8, and Java 17, along with hands-on experience in Spring Boot MVC and microservices architecture. This role requires fluency in ReactJS, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and a proactive approach to project leadership and mentorship.

Support team members on their technical tasks tasks estimation and timely code review
Manage the technical debts of the applications
Drive consistent development practices w.r.t. tools, common components, documentation
