2. Valid passport

3. Age 18-24 Years

4. Must Have Good communication skills

Position Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR policies align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian labor laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
