Join us as a Product Operations Associate, where you'll help drive seamless product releases, streamline internal workflows, and coordinate across engineering, sales, and customer success team while impacting how HR teams adopt and benefit from our tech platform.

What You'll Do:
Support product release cycles and feature rollouts
Maintain reports/dashboards tracking product & customer success
Coordinate feedback from Sales & CS teams to improve delivery
Document HR-focused workflows and identify process gaps

What Were Looking For:
0-2 years in product ops / SaaS program coordination
Strong reporting & organizational skills
Familiarity with HR processes is a plus
Comfortable with spreadsheets & PM tools
