Job Description

You are a QA Manager responsible for building and managing a team of QA Testers within a cross-functional software team. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of QA strategies to develop innovative software products that enhance customer experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for testing and quality are essential for this position. Your key responsibilities include building and overseeing the QA team, ensuring product quality meets customer expectations, developing quality strategies, executing software test plans, and collaborating with other functional teams.
