Job Description
- As a Capacity Building Program Trainer, your primary role will involve conducting capacity-building programs on coding, AI, and robotics for teachers and students from classes 3 to 12. You will facilitate these programs through hands-on experiments and activities, aiming to enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants. Another key responsibility will be delivering the Kurious Experiential program to students following a dedicated curriculum. You will be expected to maintain the progress reports of the classes and provide regular updates to the school authority. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing schools to ensure year-long support and maintaining training records of students. You will play a crucial role in curriculum improvement by gathering feedback from students and conducting self-observations to enhance the learning experience further. Ideal candidates for this position should hold a degree in B.Tech/B.E/B.Voc in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Robotics and Automation, or B.Sc in Electronics, Robotics. A minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching AI, robotics, python, and STEM education is required. Preference will be given to male candidates, and knowledge and experience in STEM and Robotics will be considered an added advantage. Applicants with excellent communication skills are preferred for this full-time position with a day shift schedule. The job may involve performance bonuses, and the ability to commute or relocate to Faridabad, Haryana, is preferred. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is also desirable. The work location will be in person, and prior experience in STEM education is preferred for this role.,
