Ciklum is looking for a JavaScript Software Engineer (Angular) to join our team full-time in India.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4, 000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

About the role:

As a skilled Angular Developer with over 3 years of experience in building responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in the payments, cards, or finance domain, with strong proficiency in modern front-end development practices.

This role involves performing day-to-day support tasks and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular (v11+ preferred)


• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features


• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability


• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs


• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Angular (v11 or above)


• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript


• Ability to design and code complex programs


• Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications


• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies


• Awareness of latest technologies and trends


• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Domain Expertise:

• Experience working in Cards, Payments, Banking, or Finance domain


• Understanding of PCI compliance, payment gateways, transaction flows, or fraud detection workflows is a plus

Desirable

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments


• Strong communication and analytical skills
