Role Summary
A senior HR professional with deep expertise in enhancing employee experience, driving engagement strategies, and leveraging people analytics to support business goals. Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee connection, culture alignment, and organizational belonging across the employee lifecycle.
- Design and implement engagement frameworks that address evolving workforce expectations and promote continuous feedback.
- Enhance employee experiences and support transitions through key employee milestones, ensuring consistent and positive touchpoints.
- Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, employee wellbeing, and recognition practices.
People Analytics & Insights
- Deliver actionable people insights by developing dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics such as Employee feedback reports, DEI, attrition, retention, performance, and engagement.
- Provide consultative support to business and HR teams through data-backed engagement recommendations to address organizational priorities.
- Use participation and engagement data to determine the engagement plan throughout the year.
Manager and Leadership Enablement
- Support leadership and managers through insights, tools, and structured frameworks that strengthen team effectiveness and individual capability.
- Collaborate with learning, performance, and talent development teams to integrate feedback loops and measurement mechanisms for feedback based action planning programs and interventions.
HR Digital Enablement & Communication
- Champion the digitization of HR processes to streamline experience, enhance accessibility, and improve service delivery across employee platforms.
- Drive internal communication strategies that connect employees to purpose, policies, and programs in a clear and engaging manner.
Event and Program Management
- Plan and execute employee-centric programs and organizational events that reinforce company culture and values.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact experiences including engagement campaigns, leadership connects, recognition ceremonies, and development initiatives.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end event management, from ideation to logistics, communication, execution, and feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable and innovative event formats.
