Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Senior Specialist

Location: Bangalore, Kochi or Trivandrum

Experience Level: 6-10 Years

Industry: IT Services / Technology / SaaS

Key Responsibilities:

• As a key member of the demand generation marketing function, plan and execute digital marketing and demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and leads, leveraging channels such as email, paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), content syndication, and third-party partnerships
• Support end-to-end execution of webinars working jointly with Sales, Industry, Practice and Content team
• Support Field Marketing activities as needed to ensure smooth execution of regional and global events
• Track MQLs, SQLs and pipeline metrics. Report campaign performance across relevant channels
• Collaborate with internal designers to create digital marketing assets in support of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and practice teams to ensure timely campaigns execution

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise IT services/SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) is required. Marketo experience is highly desirable.
• Experience executing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across Google PPC, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM
• Experience with Google Analytics and ABM tools like DemandBase, 6Sense or Terminus is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to get things done in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
