we're seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual development and execution of our brand across North America. This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for storytelling, visual identity systems, and crafting compelling creative solutions across digital, print, and experiential platforms for the North American market. you'll collaborate closely with marketing, technology, and extended teams to elevate our brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and resonance with our North American audiences.
Responsibilities- Brand Stewardship: Own and evolve the visual identity system to ensure it aligns with company strategy and resonates with North American consumers and stakeholders
- Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept through execution, across digital, print, events, packaging, and internal communications
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technology, HR, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across touchpoints
- Creative Development: Translate marketing strategies into compelling creative outputs including campaign assets, landing pages, pitch decks, infographics, video assets, and social content
- Vendor Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, printers, and freelancers when needed
- Market Relevance: Ensure designs reflect trends, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences specific to the North American market
- bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 6-10+ years of experience in brand and graphic design, preferably in-house or at a creative agency
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and cross-platform executions
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, and motion tools (After Effects or similar a plus)
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for digital and print
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences in the North American market
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Experience with brand development or rebranding initiatives
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
- Knowledge of North American consumer and brand trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
