Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and Maintain Applications Build, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js with Vue.js or React.
- Design and Manage APIs Create and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data handling and performance.
- Frontend Development Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces with Vue.js or React, following best UI/UX practices.
- Database Management Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, handling queries and optimizing performance.
- Basic Server Management Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on cloud or on-prem servers, ensuring uptime and security.
- Collaboration & Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, clearly articulating ideas and technical concepts.
- Code Quality & Best Practices Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in security and performance.
- Version Control with Git Use Git for code versioning, branching strategies, and collaborating efficiently with team members.
- Proven Experience At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Vue.js/React for full-stack development.
- Ownership Mindset Takes responsibility for tasks, follows through, and ensures high-quality deliverables.
- Basic DevOps & Server Knowledge Familiar with deployment, cloud platforms (AWS/DigitalOcean/Vercel), and basic server maintenance.
- Agility & Adaptability Comfortable learning new tools, handling changing requirements, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Best Practices Follows clean coding principles, security best practices, and modern software design patterns.
