Role Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design and development of
scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep
Salesforce platform expertise, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to translate
complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Drive the technical vision and architecture of Salesforce-based applications.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices.
Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and
Visualforce.
Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
platforms.
Team Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior developers and admins.
Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with functional leads, business analysts, and testers to deliver quality
solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Project Delivery:
Estimate technical effort and contribute to project planning.
Identify technical risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
Support go-live activities, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development.
Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Triggers, and
Flows.
Experience with Salesforce configuration: Objects, Record Types, Page Layouts,
Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Builder.
Proven experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (must-have)
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud Consultant
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team of developers and admins.
Self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning.
