Job Role: Oracle HCM Core expert
Job Location: PAN India
Job Type: 3 months contract
Job Details:
Experienced Oracle HCM Core expert with deep knowledge in Job and Position Architecture, and proven expertise in managing end-to-end data migration cycles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring the core HCM modules (Job, Position, Workforce Structures), supporting HCM data transformation and migration efforts, and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Job and Position architecture in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Work closely with HR business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements related to job families, positions, grades, and organizational structures.
- Manage full lifecycle data migration efforts:
- Data mapping and transformation from legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Coordinate and execute multiple test migration cycles (mock runs).
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution.
- Support change management and training efforts by documenting business processes and configuration decisions.
- Troubleshoot functional and data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Partner with technical teams (integration, reporting, security) to ensure a seamless HCM deployment.
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, with a strong focus on Positions and Job Architecture.
- Proven experience in data migration, including working with HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.
- Hands-on experience with workforce structure configuration, including enterprise setup, business units, departments, locations, jobs, and positions.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data governance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Core or Implementation Specialist Workforce Deployment.
- Experience with global HR deployments or multi-country rollouts.
- Familiarity with tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
