Excellent Communications Skills ( Fluent English Only)
Ability to handle International Clients or website visitors inbound calls, live chats, tickets, email received.
Follow Webbees standard communications procedures and guidelines.
Handle Customers compaints, provide appropriate supports and alternatives within the time limits; follow ups to ensure resolutions and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.Benefits: 5 days working
